A: Right now I live in the Park circle area/North Charleston.

A: Charleston is not as small as you think, but it is not huge and intimidating; it's a happy medium.

Q: Why do you think Charleston is a burgeoning tech sector?

A: Charleston has a lot of tech startups that are making big moves in the industry. Being able to be right by the water and have new upcoming job opportunities is great.

Q: Best advice to those looking to move to Charleston for work?

A: Take adventures around Charleston. The history, the food, and the scenery are worthwhile.

Q: What does Charleston Open Source mean to you?

A: Where authenticity is created.

Q: What's your motivation for working in Charleston?

A: You can drive 30 minutes or less and be on vacation at the beach after work. And if you work hybrid/remote, you could literally enjoy the beach while doing some work.

Q: What does Charleston tech community have to offer over other cities?

A: The fact that it is a healthy tech space with no saturation of the market.

Q: It's the weekend - what do you do in Charleston?

A: Go to the beach, eat amazing seafood, or enjoy the scenery. It is nothing like taking a long walk on the beach and enjoying the sounds of the ocean, especially when it is not as crowded.

A: Saltwater Cowboy or The Brick Charleston

A: Tranquility.

A: Restaurant week of course.

Q: What's the most exciting thing happening in Charleston?

A: Restaurant week and the historical tours. Being able to just go into downtown Charleston and feel like you are in a different place is a plus about living in Charleston.

A: Going to the beach with my two nieces for the first time.
