New Headquarters Located At Pacific Box & Crate
Charleston, S.C. – This October, The Harbor Entrepreneur Center will transition into their new headquarters at Pacific Box & Crate. The Harbor is especially thrilled to announce this change includes a 5-year lease in a 7,000 square foot, second floor space. The Pacific Box & Crate development continues to evolve as an epicenter of innovation activity in the region. Securing this space gives The Harbor and the entrepreneurial community an anchor facility to support the growth of entrepreneurship in the region for years to come. Inside, the new suite will offer private offices, dedicated desks, flexible workspace, meeting rooms and more.
The Harbor announced its collaboration with BoomTown in August of last year. BoomTown, a leading real estate sales and marketing technology provider, anchored the renovation of the 80,000 square foot warehouse that was developed by the Raven Cliff Company on the upper peninsula. The Harbor, along with other companies such as Reverb Charleston, Workshop, Bad Wolf Coffee, and PhishLabs have been at the forefront of the expansion happening in the upper peninsula at Pacific Box & Crate. This 5-year lease guarantees The Harbor’s ability to continue to support and facilitate entrepreneurial development in Charleston.
John Osborne, CoFounder and Director of The Harbor said, “To have an anchor facility in a nationally recognized development for the next 5 years is a terrific win for entrepreneurship in our region. I know our entrepreneurial community will leverage this facility in ways I can’t predict and create amazing companies in our region.” Stephen Zoukis, managing partner of Raven Cliff, said “We are thrilled to have the Harbor Accelerator join our tenant roster on a more permanent basis, bringing Harbor’s excitement and community building activities to our community for years to come.”
